Hi :) My names Bekk, I’m 21 years old and have just returned to my fitness journey! I have Rheaumatoid Arthritis in my knees and am working hard to become fit and healthy and strengthen my joints and muscles for the future. I have a personal trainer who is helping me achieve this who is great to train with and a boyfriend who is just about to start studying to become a PT and who without even realising it gives me motivation. I weigh about 46kgs currently and am hoping to increase this to 50kg in the next 5-8 weeks and remain at this, I also love pole dancing and am hoping to return in 5 weeks after an unfortunate back injury! I find pole dancing is a fun exciting way to get fit and boost confidence at the same time! You don’t need any strength to start out so I highly recommend it as a fun way to get fit and learn some new skills with some friends :)
