Short Term Goals
- 25 pushups straight
- 35 pushups straight on knees
- 10 Pushups straight on toes
- 80kg leg press 3 reps of 10
- 100kg leg press 3 reps of 10
Long Term Goals
- Rehabilitate back injury
- strengthen thigh muscles in my bad leg
- Reach my goal weight of 50kg
- Get back into pole dancing
- To achieve a healthy toned fit looking body and be able to say i worked my ass off for it!
